Hi, I’m Hayley Smith, Founder and Director of Culture Collab.
After more than 15 years working across human resources, leadership, and operational management, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with organisations of all sizes, from small family businesses to larger, more complex ones.
One thing has stayed consistent throughout: every workplace is different.
Culture Collab was created to give business owners practical, down-to-earth HR support that works in the real world, support that builds confidence, helps leaders navigate people challenges, and creates workplaces where both the business and its people can grow.
Today, Culture Collab has grown into a team of experienced consultants who share those same values. Together, we work alongside organisations across Canterbury and throughout New Zealand, providing ongoing HR partnerships and project-based support tailored to each client.
