We are familiar with a wide variety of psychometric testings and other asessments, our preferred one we utilise is DISC, however we recognise that larger organisations may already use a different style which we are very comfortable to work with – these include Myers-Briggs Indicator (MTI), StrengthsFinder (Clifton Strengths), Life Styles Inventory 360 (LSI)
Why should I consider emotions in the workplace and what is the Emotional Culture Deck
Emotions underly and drive behaviour – so if you are wanting team members to buy into organisational culture and values, understand emotions is crucial. We have experience across a wide variety of HR systems and tools – including Snaphire, avature, gloat, ELMO, Culture Amp, SAP, IBM. We are also trained in Job sizing methodology with Strategic Pay and Korn Ferry
What methodologies do you utilise in project management?
This can be very much situtaion dependent, however we often deploy a pragmatic agile approach, however where the project scope makes sense we will also utilise a waterfall style.
